Ashley W. Roberts

Ashley W. Roberts is a Williamson County native, having grown up in the Grassland Community. She is a graduate of Franklin High School and The University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Interior Design.

Upon returning home to Franklin, Ashley began her career as an interior designer and continues with that passion today on a part-time basis. Involvement in her family’s real estate business goes back years and has given her exposure and familiarity to projects such as construction, commercial and residential leasing, as well as agricultural properties. Ashley became a licensed Residential Appraisal trainee in 2018, joining forces with the family business she has known so well for so long. Space planning, interior design, local knowledge of the housing market and now valuation make Ashley uniquely qualified as a Residential REALTOR®.

A resident of Downtown Franklin, Ashley is actively involved in the community and has a lengthy record of giving back through various local programs. Currently, she is a Commissioner for the Franklin Public Arts Commission, Franklin Transit Authority Member, Board of Director for Friends of Franklin Parks and is the Chairman of the Board of Youth Leadership Franklin. She recently completed the Williamson County Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and became a Certified Visit Franklin Ambassador. She was a member of the 2010-2011 Leadership Franklin class. In 2011, Ashley was voted as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 and was selected for the ambassador program for Williamson County Schools in 2012. Involvement along the way with organizations such as A Vintage Affair, We are Building Lives, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Saddle Up!, Junior League of Nashville, My Friends House, O’More College of Design and The Williamson County Fair confirms Ashley’s dedication to her hometown and a desire to make it even better going forward.

Ashley strongly believes that each property possesses potential to serve the needs for most any buyer and that the community where you live is just as important as the home you purchase! Her passion for historic property preservation combined with her design background makes renovation projects among her most beloved. Ashley’s plans are to continue with her commitment to service as she assists family, friends and those new to the area, in their search for their perfect property and home in the community she holds so closely to her heart.
